BlockBeats 消息，6 月 3 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，俄罗斯最大商业银行 Sberbank（俄罗斯联邦储蓄银行）推出了一款与比特币挂钩的结构性债券产品，该产品追踪比特币价格变化及美元兑卢布的汇率波动。该债券目前已在场外交易市场向合格投资者开放，未来计划在莫斯科证券交易所上市，以提升透明度、流动性及投资便利性。
Sber 表示，该债券可使持有人通过比特币美元价值变化及美元兑卢布汇率升值获得收益，所有交易均在俄罗斯法规框架内以卢布结算，无需依赖加密钱包或非监管平台。此外，Sber 计划在其 SberInvestments 平台推出与加密货币相关的交易所交易产品（ETP），首个产品为比特币期货，预计将于 6 月 4 日在莫斯科证券交易所上线。
