美国法官取消原定对波音737 MAX坠机事件的审判
当地时间6月2日，美国一名联邦法官取消了原计划于6月23日开始的对美国波音公司737 MAX客机所涉两起空难案的审判。
2018年10月和2019年3月，印度尼西亚狮子航空公司和埃塞俄比亚航空公司各有一架波音737 MAX型客机失事，两起空难造成346人遇难。调查发现，空难原因和该机型新软件系统安全设计漏洞有关。在获取适航认证过程中，波音向美国联邦航空局故意隐瞒这一风险，也未就该软件系统加强飞行员培训。
今年3月25日，美国得克萨斯州联邦地区法院法官里德·奥康纳宣布，撤销此前要求波音在4月11日前向法院通报其与联邦司法部是否达成新认罪协议的决定，将于6月23日开庭审理波音737 MAX型客机所涉两起重大空难案。
5月，美国司法部和波音公司达成初步协议，就针对坠机事件的长期刑事调查达成和解，允许波音公司避免因两起空难事件受到起诉。
