金吾财讯 | 韩国上市公司CQV昨日披露，环球新材国际(06616)全资附属公司至星有限公司（以下简称“至星”）计划于7月3日至8月1日期间，通过二级市场增持其可转债换股(CB)和普通股。在此次增持计划中，可转债换股交易金额达5.19亿韩币，普通股交易金额为9.26亿韩币。若以5月30日收盘价为基准计算，至星将增持CQV约330,747股，占CQV股本的3.16%左右。若此次增持交易顺利完成，至星对CQV的持股比例将提升至33.65%。
截至发稿，CQV股价为4495韩元/股，日内上涨0.33%。
公开信息显示，CQV是韩国知名的珠光材料公司，环球新材国际于2023年8月完成对CQV的并购重组，是CQV的单一最大股东。
