智通财经APP获悉，房多多(DUO.US)将于美东时间2025年6月9日上午8:00起实施16股合并成1股的股份合并。此举旨在恢复对于遵守纳斯达克最低买价规定的合规性。
实施所谓的股份合并之后，投资者们原先持有的股份数量将按16取整缩减，同时每股面值或股价相应放大16倍，投资者们持股总价值理论上保持不变，仅改善单股价格水平以满足纳斯达克的最低报价要求。
据了解，在实施股份合并之后，发行在外的股份预计将从6,247万股大幅缩减至390万股。在股份合并计划公布之后，房多多股价在周三美股盘初一度下跌超3%，此后转为上涨超1%。
