6月3日，易明医药发布公告，北京福好企业管理合伙企业与公司控股股东、实际控制人高帆签署了《股份转让协议》，北京福好收购高帆持有的23%公司股份，转让价格为15.1元/股，总转让价款为6.62亿元。

公告显示：北京福好有两位股东，公司实际控制人是姚劲波，另一位股东是戴科英，她是姚劲波的妻子。本次权益变动实施完成后，公司控股股东将由高帆变更为北京福好，实际控制人将由高帆变更为姚劲波。

姚劲波是58集团创始人，2015年主导58同城完成一系列资本运作，将中华英才网、安居客等收入麾下，并正式成立58集团。易明医药主要从事化学药以及中成药的研发、生产和销售，致力于糖尿病、心血管疾病等慢病健康领域的产品布局。2024年，公司营收实现营业总收入6.52亿元，两大主力品种米格列醇片、瓜蒌皮注射液的收入分别是4.74亿元和8421.03万元 。
