智通财经APP讯，永利澳门(01128)发布公告，根据可转换债券的条款及条件，转换价会就(其中包括)公司作出的资本分派作出调整。因此，就支付末期股息，转换价已由10.01212港元调整至9.66905港元，而有关调整将于2025年6月3日(星期二)，即紧随就宣派及支付末期股息的记录日期后当日生效。除该调整外，可转换债券的所有其他条款及条件均维持不变。
