智通财经APP讯，万国数据-SW(09698)发布公告，宣布已于2025年5月30日完成其早前宣布的发售可转换优先债券，债券本金总额为5.5亿美元，2032年到期;当中包括初始购买者悉数行使其购买额外债券的选择权，额外债券本金总额为5000万美元。有关债券已经以私募方式发售予根据1933年美国证券法(经修订)第144A条规定合理相信为合资格机构买家的人士，发售规模从本金总额4.5亿美元扩大。
