Odaily星球日报讯 比特币倡导者 Max Keiser 在 5 月 30 日发文，批评近期模仿 MicroStrategy 模式的比特币财政公司，质疑其在长期熊市中维持财务纪律的能力。他表示，Michael Saylor 在过往熊市中依旧持续加仓、未曾抛售，而众多“策略克隆公司”尚未经历类似市场环境，若遭遇回调，未必能展现相同的坚定持仓态度。 Keiser 写道：“Saylor 即便浮亏也从未卖出，继续买入。认为新一代 BTC 财政公司会有相同纪律是愚蠢的。‘Strategy 就是比特币财政操作中的比特币本尊’，请据此行事。” 在 MicroStrategy 股价大幅上涨、最高触及 543 美元后，市场出现数十家策略模仿者，如资产管理公司 Strive（由 Vivek Ramaswamy 创立）于 5 月 7 日宣布采用 BTC 储备策略；特朗普旗下媒体科技公司 TMTG 也于 5 月 27 日宣布筹集 25 亿美元用于购买比特币。 另有分析指出，Metaplanet 当前溢价高达 60 万美元，投资者为获取 BTC 敞口所支付成本接近直接购币的六倍，溢价风险值得警惕。
