Wesfarmers (ASX:WES) said it will raise 600 million euros through the issue of seven-year senior unsecured notes maturing in June 2032 under its 3-billion-euro medium-term note program, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notes are priced at a margin of 0.95% over the euro mid-swap rate, the filing said.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to diversify the company's debt profile, the filing said.
The issue is set to settle on June 10, the filing added.
