消息面上，康龙化成发布公告，为充分运用专业投资机构在生物医药行业内投资、研判的能力，公司的全资子公司 Pharmaron UK Limited(以下简称“康龙英国”)拟作为有限合伙人以自有资金认缴出资3000万美元参与投资 BLC Healthcare USD Fund I L.P.(以下简称“基金”或“合伙企业”)。2025年5月30日，康龙英国签署了《Amended and Restated Agreement of Exempted Limited Partnership of BLC Healthcare USD Fund I L.P.》(以下简称 “《合伙协议》”)。
合伙企业目标募集金额约1亿美元(最终以实际募集金额为准)。主要是通过直接或间接地投资全球生物医药及生命健康领域以及其他普通合伙人认为适当的行业中各种各样的证券、合同以及资产，包括但不限于股权、可流通证券和不可流通证券、合伙权益、优先股、可转换证券、固定收益证券、与股权相关的收益合同、债权证券以及债务(其可能属于可投资级别以下)以及衍生品，主要涵盖早期及成长期项目，以获得长期的资本增值。
本基金也可能按照普通合伙人的自由裁量投资第三方管理或提供咨询服务的其他投资基金或投资载体。另外，本基金可以进行与任何前述事宜相关或者由其引发的任何活动以及进行任何前述事宜合理的附带事宜或者必须的事宜。
