智通财经APP讯，沪港联合(01001)发布公告，于2025年6月2日，贷款人(公司一间间接全资附属公司Top Bloom Group Limited)与借款人Skyline Holdings (BVI) Limited订立贷款协议，据此，贷款人已同意向借款人提供金额为人民币1800万元的贷款，为期六个月，年利率为10%。
