智通财经APP讯，东江集团控股(02283)公布，于2025年5月30日，该公司全资子公司CÔNG TY TNHH TK PRECISION TECHNOLOGY HỒNG KÔNG VIỆT NAM(东江精密科技香港(越南)有限公司)与CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ĐẦU TƯ TRUNG QUÝ – BẮC NINH(北宁中贵投资股份公司)就收购位于越南海阳省Phuc Dien Extended Industrial Park的一幅土地的土地使用权签署意向书，作价约为2676万港元。
该地块位于越南海阳省福田扩展工业园区，总占地面积约29,843平方米。该地块主要规划用于基础设施运营及投资项目，土地使用权期限至2071年届满。代价将以集团内部资源拨付。
鉴于市场需求持续攀升，集团拟扩大于越南的产能及形成“中国+越南”双生产布局，并将中国生产基地的优质注塑能力复制至越南，提供模具保养及维修能力，以保障大规模生产的速度及效率。同时，集团在越南部署产能将有助于分散地缘政治风险，为全球客户提供更灵活可靠的生产解决方案，并协助应对潜在的贸易政策变化。
