Brookfield Residential said Monday it has formed a joint venture with Trez Capital to develop a new community, Osprey Creek, in Polk County, Florida, offering over 900 residential lots.
Brookfield Residential, the residential property company of Brookfield Corporation (BN), said the project marks an expansion of its presence in the Florida market.
