Odaily星球日报讯 近日，Yuga Labs CEO Greg Solano 于提出计划解散 ApeCoin DAO，将其资产和职责转移至由 Yuga Labs 创建的新实体 ApeCo。Solano 批评称，ApeCoin DAO"已从承诺演变为缓慢、嘈杂且不严肃的治理表演"，资源被浪费在"虚荣提案和低影响力计划"上。 新实体将专注于支持高质量项目，并强化 ApeChain、Bored Ape Yacht Club 和 Otherside 三大核心支柱。如提案通过，ApeCoin 持有者将失去所有治理权利。此举是 Yuga Labs 战略重组的一部分，公司近期已出售 Moonbirds 和 CryptoPunks 等 NFT 项目 IP，以重新聚焦核心业务。（Decrypt）
