On May 30, 2025, Onconetix Inc. held its 2025 special meeting of stockholders. During the meeting, two key proposals were voted on. The first proposal was to approve and adopt an amendment to the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the company's outstanding common stock at a ratio to be determined by the Board. This proposal was approved. The second proposal was to approve the adjournment of the Special Meeting if necessary to solicit additional proxies for the Reverse Stock Split Proposal. This proposal was also approved.
