6月6日消息，据彭博社（Bloomberg）报道，AI编程助手Cursor的开发公司Anysphere近日以99亿美元估值完成9亿美元融资。本轮融资由老股东Thrive Capital领投，Andreessen Horowitz、Accel和DST Global等机构跟投。

这已是Anysphere在不到一年内完成的第三轮融资。这家成立仅三年的初创公司去年底刚刚以25亿美元的投前估值获得1亿美元投资。

AI编程助手已成为AI领域最受欢迎的应用之一，Cursor在该领域处于领跑地位。据一位知情人士向TechCrunch透露，Anysphere的年化经常性收入（ARR）大约每两个月就会翻一番。彭博社援引消息人士称，公司ARR已突破5亿美元，较4月中旬报道的3亿美元增长了60%。

Cursor为开发者提供分级定价。在为期两周的免费试用期后，用户可选择转为付费客户，提供20美元的Pro版本或每月40美元的企业订阅。

彭博社指出，直到最近，Anysphere的大部分收入仍来自个人用户订阅。但目前公司已推出企业授权，允许企业以更高价格为团队集中采购应用。

今年早些时候，Anysphere曾收到OpenAI及其他潜在买家的收购邀约，但公司选择了拒绝。据悉，ChatGPT的开发者OpenAI当时以30亿美元收购了另一家增长迅速的AI编程助手Windsurf。（易句）
