智通财经APP讯，思派健康(00314)公布，于2025年6月6日，思派智慧(公司全资附属公司)(作为卖方)与沈阳亿珈辰及沈阳恒瑞升(各作为买方)订立股权转让协议，据此，思派智慧有条件同意出售其于目标公司(锦州三合缘药房有限公司、鞍山三合缘药房有限公司、沈阳三合缘药房有限公司及大连三合缘药房有限公司)的全部股权，总代价为约人民币589.98万元，各目标公司均为该公司的非全资附属公司。
据悉，公司目前持有每家目标公司51%的股权，其余股权由相关买方持有。目标公司为该集团位于辽宁省沈阳市、锦州市、大连市及鞍山市共6间药房的经营者。出售事项完成后，该等药房将不再由集团经营。
公告称，集团自2024年以来致力于聚焦商业医疗保险及健康管理业务发展。考虑到现行药房行业市况及目标公司所经营药房业务的表现，董事会认为建议出售事项可使集团进一步聚焦其核心战略，优化资源分配，强化对其核心业务的资金支持。
