Nera Telecommunications (SGX:N01) said it is not required to report its unaudited financial results on a quarterly, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Accordingly, the company will cease quarterly reporting and will be reporting the financial results on a half-yearly basis.
The company had been issuing quarterly business updates on a voluntary basis previously.
