公开资料显示，重塑能源专注于氢燃料电池系统、氢能装备及相关零部件的设计、开发、制造和销售，并提供氢燃料电池工程开发服务。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，按2023年已售重卡氢燃料电池系统的总输出功率、总销售输出功率、总销售额计，重塑能源均位居中国氢燃料电池系统市场第一，市场份额分别为23.8%、42.4%、29.4%。
智通财经APP在《基石解禁在即，实际流通筹码仅约3%的重塑能源（02570）何以应对新挑战？》中指出，重塑能源在IPO时引进的基石投资者所持有的股份将于6月6日迎来解禁。据重塑能源的IPO配发结果公告显示，其在IPO中发售约482.79万股，而公司上市后的总股份数量约为8613.93万股(超额配售权未获行使前)，这就意味着发售股份数量仅占总股份的5.6%。事实上，重塑能源上市后其真实可流通筹码的比例比5.6%还要低，这是因为基石投资者的引入亦锁定了部分筹码。在基石投资者的股份未解除限售之前，重塑能源在市场中实际流通的股份仅有约3%。
