IT之家 6 月 5 日消息，科技媒体 gadgetsandwearables 昨日（6 月 4 日）发布博文，报道称佳明（Garmin）获批新专利，涉及非侵入式血糖监测技术。

IT之家援引博文介绍，佳明的这项技术嵌套在一个分析运动数据的更大框架中，利用脉冲光谱技术（pulse spectrometry）来测量血糖水平。

具体方法是通过近红外光照射皮肤，检测光被吸收或反射的变化。由于血糖会影响组织和血液的光学特性，这些信号变化可以揭示血糖水平的波动。专利中描述了一组光发射器和光电探测器，针对不同波长调校，捕捉细微差异。

专利的核心在于估算 HbA1c（糖化血红蛋白），这是衡量长期代谢健康的重要指标。不同于传统的即时血糖检测或连续血糖监测仪（CGMs），佳明的方法通过多波长 PPG 信号分析氧合血红蛋白、脱氧血红蛋白及糖化血红蛋白的浓度，进而推算用户数月内的平均血糖水平。

临床上，HbA1c 常用于诊断和监测 1 型及 2 型糖尿病，健康人群通常低于 5%，而高于 7% 或 10% 则可能提示糖尿病风险。佳明的设想若成真，用户可通过手腕设备随时了解长期代谢健康趋势。
