2025年6月4日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，烟台国丰投资控股集团有限公司2022年面向专业投资者公开发行可续期公司债券(第三期)(品种二)跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为烟台市经济持续稳定增长，战略地位显著，潜在支持能力很强；烟台国丰投资控股集团有限公司（以下简称“烟台国丰”或“公司”）获得的股东支持力度很大、主要子公司保持较强的经营实力、投资收益良好，投资策略水平较高，投资风险一般，资产流动性较好，股东实力强，能够获得股东的大力支持。同时，中诚信国际关注到公司债务规模增长较快，短期债务规模较大，本部财务杠杆水平高，少数股东权益占比较高，贸易摩擦或对公司化工板块产生一定影响，未来资本支出规模较大等因素对其经营及信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，烟台国丰投资控股集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
