2025年6月4日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，北京未来科学城发展集团有限公司2021年度第一期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为北京市经济财政实力强劲、昌平区经济财政稳健、未来科学城战略定位重要，对北京未来科学城发展集团有限公司（以下简称“未来科学城”或“公司”）具有很强的支持能力和强的支持意愿；公司作为未来科学城最重要开发建设主体具有较强的业务竞争力，同时随着未来科学城打造“两区一心”的空间格局，公司在土地整理及基础设施建设方面将继续推进，业务稳定性和可持续性强。但同时需关注公司收入及权益稳定性、面临一定资金回收压力、资产流动性较弱等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，北京未来科学城发展集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
