Donaco International (ASX:DNA) delayed the scheme meeting for shareholders to approve the proposed acquisition by investor and special purpose vehicle On Nut Road to Aug. 4 from its earlier date of June 3, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The delay is due to third parties not providing valuation inputs on time, postponing an independent expert's report, the filing said.
The first court hearing is set for June 20, and the second court date is set for Aug. 7, the filing added.
The scheme is set to be implemented on Aug. 19, the company said.
Shares of the company rose 5% in recent Thursday trade.
