DiDi Global Inc., a prominent mobility technology platform, has announced its unaudited interim financial results for the first quarter of 2025. The company's profit attributable to equity holders surged to RMB2.4 billion, a significant increase from RMB0.8 billion in the same quarter of the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA (Non-IFRS) also saw a substantial rise, reaching RMB3.1 billion compared to RMB1.7 billion in the first quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITA (Non-IFRS) increased to RMB2.4 billion from RMB1.0 billion year-over-year. Platform sales grew by 22.5%, and China Mobility revenue experienced a 24.6% increase. The international segment reported a 13.2% growth in revenue. Despite these gains, the international segment recorded a loss of RMB176 million, though this was an improvement from a loss of RMB317 million in the previous year. DiDi's CEO, Mr. Will Wei Cheng, highlighted the company's continued growth in both domestic and international markets, emphasizing their commitment to supporting stable employment and boosting global investment to promote local business development. The company remains focused on fulfilling its social responsibilities while serving local needs.
