Circle是全球目前流通量，规模和使用最为广泛的稳定币网路运营者之一，专注于其发行的以美元计价的稳定币USD Coin (USDC)。自2013年成立以来，Circle以USDC为核心，提供了包括稳定币基础设施、数位金融及储备管理基础设施、区块链技术解决方案和开发者服务平台及工具等服务。
