路透社圣保罗6月5日 - 巴西铁路运营商Rumo RAIL3.SA表示，已决定终止2024年向美国大宗商品贸易商邦吉公司（Bunge BG.N）和日本Zen-Noh集团旗下子公司出售拉美最大港口码头部分股权的协议。
在一份证券文件中，Rumo 公司表示，协议中关于出售位于桑托斯港的 XXXIX 码头 50%股份的条件未能在规定期限前完全满足。鲁莫公司没有提供更多细节。
