智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)盘中涨超9%，截至发稿，涨7.2%，报2.53港元，成交额8790.47万港元。
消息面上，5月28日，高鑫零售宣布，即日起，大润发五大营运区变更为四大营运区，即华东区、华南区、华北区与东北区。高鑫零售表示，此次调整是为了组织整合提效，并更好地服务顾客。调整已基本完成，门店运营一切照常。
公开资料显示，今年1月份，阿里巴巴宣布出售所持高鑫零售全部股权。随后，高鑫零售发生高管人事变动，德弘资本首席执行官华裕能出任高鑫零售董事会主席，沈辉任高鑫零售首席执行官。富瑞发表研报称，在主要股东变更后，高鑫零售正按计划改造其业务，2026财年专注于销售规模和绝对毛利。鉴于宏观环境的不确定性，2026财年的重点是保持稳定趋势，为未来更强劲的增长做准备。
