6月5日，联合资信公布评级报告，青岛农村商业银行股份有限公司公开发行A股可转换公司债券信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，青岛农村商业银行股份有限公司（以下简称“青岛农商银行”）作为上市农商行之一，行业地位较为突出，且在青岛市地方法人银行机构中具有较强的区域竞争力；管理与发展方面，青岛农商银行公司治理机制及内控体系整体运行良好；业务经营方面，青岛农商银行立足青岛地区，在当地营业网点覆盖面广，存贷款市场份额在青岛地区排名靠前，主营业务整体稳健发展；财务表现方面，青岛农商银行信贷资产拨备充足，核心负债稳定性较好，资本较充足，但部分行业不良贷款率偏高，需关注相关行业景气度变化对其资产质量可能带来的影响，同时盈利水平仍有进一步提升空间。
