6月5日，联合资信公布评级报告，山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司2024年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新可续期公司债券(第二期)获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，山西华阳集团新能股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）为山西省省属国有大型煤炭生产企业之一，公司在股东和实控人的支持下，在资源禀赋、业务规模等方面仍具备竞争优势，公司自身竞争力很强，但需关注“碳中和”政策下，煤炭消费的增量空间受限，煤炭企业面临转型挑战以及煤炭安全生产管理。整体看，公司经营风险很低。跟踪期内，公司经营获现情况良好，债务结构有所优化，融资成本降低；但受行业周期影响，盈利指标有所下降。目前，公司债务杠杆尚可，偿债指标表现非常好，公司财务风险非常低。综合公司经营和财务风险表现，同时考虑控股股东为华阳新材料科技集团有限公司（以下简称“华阳集团”），实际控制人为山西省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会（以下简称“山西省国资委”），可获得一定的外部支持等因素，公司偿还债务的能力极强，本报告跟踪债券违约概率极低。
