BlockBeats 注：“龙”飞船是 SpaceX 为 NASA 和其他客户开发的可重复使用载人/货运太空舱，主要有两种版本：Cargo Dragon：用于运送货物到国际空间站（ISS）；Crew Dragon（载人龙）：用于将宇航员送往国际空间站。
目前 NASA 将宇航员送上国际空间站，严重依赖 SpaceX 的 Crew Dragon。若退役，NASA 将一时缺乏可靠的美国本土载人航天能力，只能依赖波音 Starliner（刚开始服役）或外国航天机构。若货运任务停摆，可能影响空间站的补给与科学实验。退役还将影响美国商业航天声誉与主导地位。
