6月5日，联想集团城市超级智能体签约虹口，打造智慧城市“虹口样板”，这也是联想城市超级智能体首次落地在超一线城市。联想集团高级副总裁、中国方案服务业务群总经理戴炜接受澎湃新闻记者采访时表示，在智慧城市4.0时代，真正的智慧城市的管理中枢一定是由超级智能体来实现的，未来在城市管理流程中，有越来越多的硅基，类似于AI公务员。
戴炜表示，智慧城市在1.0、2.0、3.0时代解决的更多是数字基础，即便在智慧城市3.0时代有了“城市大脑”，但仅有大脑没有用处，因为它没有四肢，智能体或者超级智能体最大的改变就是在原有大脑的基础上增加强壮和灵活的四肢，这可以在城市管理中起到关键和辅助作用。此外，超级智能体可以作为城市中枢的指挥中心，指挥中心可以实现用AI管理驱动，也就是说，在整个城市管理流程中，越来越多的是硅基，类似于AI公务员。（澎湃新闻记者 周玲）
