美东时间周四早间，客户体验软件提供商Verint Systems（VRNT）股价一度上涨超过18%，此前该公司公布的第一财季业绩超出预期。
财报显示该公司当季营收2.081亿美元，同比下降6%，但超市场预期1388万美元。非GAAP稀释每股收益0.29美元，超出预期0.06美元。
核心业务指标显示战略转型成效。该公司的年度经常性收入（ARR）同比增长加速至6%。客户加速采用AI驱动的客户体验套件。业务模式持续向云端服务迁移。
首席执行官Dan Bodner表示：“我们的混合云模式显著加速了AI部署，使企业能够快速在客户交互中应用新的自动化和分析功能。我们实现了强劲开局，预计AI增长势头将持续，目标到财年末实现8%的ARR增长和两位数的自由现金流增长。”
首席财务官Grant Highlander指出，营收超预期主要源于两笔大型SaaS解耦合约的确认时点，并强调尽管存在合约时间因素，全年业绩指引维持不变。
