北京商报讯（记者 关子辰）6月5日，尚美数智酒店集团发布《2025年端午全国小城出行洞察报告》，端午假期，小城旅游热度持续攀升，“奔县游”依然吸引力十足。苏州市昆山市、德州市德城区、徐州市鼓楼区、济南市章丘区、太原市小店区跻身端午假期满房次数TOP5。

从入住率（OCC）来看，部分小城房源紧俏。嘉兴市嘉善县、天津市北辰区、北京市门头沟区、信阳市浉河区、汕头市金平区成为端午假期入住率最高的五个区域，其中嘉善县以103%的入住率领跑全国。

每间可售房收入（RevPAR）方面，张家界市武陵源区、信阳市浉河区、杭州市上城区、青岛市市北区、黄山市黄山区占据TOP5，其中张家界武陵源区酒店以319元/间/夜位居榜首。这表明消费者不仅选择了这些小城，还愿意为高品质的慢生活体验支付溢价，小城旅游正从“价格洼地”走向“价值高地”。

值得一提的是，小城亲子游热度在端午假期明显升温。数据显示，亲子房的入住率和每间可售房收入同比均有不同程度提高，房型满房次数高达1868次。
