比推消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，金融基础设施公司 Zebec Network 收购合规和身份平台 Gatenox，为 MiCA、FCA 监管推动做准备。Zebec 表示这笔交易将本土化的身份认证、KYB 和反洗钱工具直接引入其 Web3 支付堆栈，Zebec 计划利用 Gatenox 的技术，在 2025 年下半年通过欧盟的加密资产市场监管法规（MiCA）和英国的金融行为监管局（FCA）进行监管注册。
