智通财经APP讯，阿尔法企业(00948)发布公告，有关(其中包括) IFC(Bubs Australia 的全资附属公司)与爱丽丝贸易(公司的间接全资附属公司)之间的仲裁(爱丽丝贸易仲裁)。
于2025年6月2日，爱丽丝贸易收到代表IFC行事的律师根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例第178(1)(a)或第327(4)(a) 条发出的法定要求偿债书，要求爱丽丝贸易支付(其中包括)爱丽丝贸易根据爱丽丝贸易仲裁裁决下的判决债务、利息及IFC于爱丽丝贸易仲裁中的费用(债务)。根据法定要求偿债书，爱丽丝贸易须于法定要求偿债书送达日期起计叁周内支付债务，否则IFC可能会对爱丽丝贸易提出清盘呈请。
董事会目前正就此寻求法律意见，并将考虑所有可能的措施以保障公司及其股东的利益。目前，爱丽丝贸易的营运因与其当时唯一的供应商Bubs Australia终止业务关系而缩减规模，且其持有少量资产。 董事会预期集团旗下其他附属公司的业务营运不会受到法定要求偿债书的影响。
