Q Technology (Group) Company Limited has announced the completion of its participation in the private placement of poLight ASA, a Norwegian company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. According to the company, on 15 April 2025, Q Technology signed an Investment Agreement with poLight to subscribe for 63,743,112 placing shares at a price of NOK2.69 per share, amounting to approximately NOK171,469,000 (equivalent to approximately RMB121,721,000). The transaction was finalized on 4 June 2025, with the issued shares representing approximately 32.97% of poLight's enlarged total issued shares.
