Odaily星球日报讯 以太坊基金会（Ethereum Foundation, EF）发布最新版财政政策文件，明确其资产管理策略、ETH 出售机制以及对 DeFi 生态的长期承诺。文件指出，EF 当前将年运营支出定为总财政的 15%，保留 2.5 年支出缓冲，并将逐步过渡至 5%的长期支出水平，强调在市场下行期加大支持、牛市中保持克制。 在加密资产配置方面，EF 将优先支持安全、去中心化、开源的 DeFi 协议，采用如 wETH 质押、稳定币借贷等方式获取合理收益，并探索 Tokenized RWA（代币化真实资产）配置。同时，EF 明确支持“Defipunk”理念，鼓励无 KYC、可自托管、隐私友好的 DeFi 协议，计划将隐私标准、去中心化 UI、抗审查机制作为资金部署的核心评估标准。 EF 表示，其自身财政管理也将逐步采纳去中心化、隐私友好的工具与工作流程，以“活出”其所倡导的加密价值观，持续为以太坊生态提供长期稳健的支持。
