Verint Systems beat Wall Street expectations with its first-quarter financial sales and adjusted earnings. Shares climbed 19% to $21.89 in postmarket trading Wednesday.
Liminatus Pharma said it regained compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements. It filed its delayed 10-Q on Monday after receiving a noncompliance notice on May 29. Shares jumped 72% to $21.88 after the market closed.
Five Below logged higher-than-expected sales in the first quarter, and said it expects its outperformance to continue into the second quarter. It raised its sales outlook for the full year, though new tariff costs are moderating other metrics. Shares advanced 4% to $125.75 after market close.
