周四公布的行业数据显示，SK海力士今年第一季度在全球动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）市场的占有率首次超过了三星电子，得益于高带宽存储器（HBM）市场的迅速扩大。

　　根据全球市场研究公司Omdia的数据，由于DRAM合同价格下跌和HBM出货量下降，第一季度全球DRAM销售额总计263.3亿美元，较上一季度下降9%。

　　在整体市场下滑的情况下，SK海力士的市场占有率从2024年第四季度的36%上升到今年第一季度的36.9%，超过了三星电子，后者的市场占有率从38.6%降至34.4%。

　　从销售额来看，SK海力士第一季度的销售额为97.2亿美元，而三星电子的销售额为91亿美元。

　　这是自1992年三星电子成为全球最大DRAM生产商以来，SK海力士首次占据首位。

　　包括Counterpoint Research和TrendForce在内的其他市场追踪机构也将SK海力士列为第一季度的最大DRAM供应商，市场份额为36%。

　　Omdia指出，DRAM市场格局正在被HBM行业的快速扩张所重塑，SK海力士和美光已经大幅增加了HBM在其产品组合中的份额。

　　Omdia预测，SK海力士将在第二季度将12层HBM3E的占比提高到HBM总出货量的50%以上，到今年下半年将提高到80%以上。
