　　接内部可靠消息，花旗银行今天上午10点召开了全员大会，会上官宣了裁员计划：

　　本次裁员涉及上海、大连多地，涵盖技术、市场等多部门，尤其以金融业务为主，涉及总人数高达3500人。

　　在今天通知的赔偿标准上，6月签字是N+6，7月是N+3，最后9月份是N+1，整个赔偿标准不算低。

　　有内部同事讲述：“3500人并不少，整个上海分部印象里也就3000多人．．．”

　　此外，也有内部同事补充了一些背景：“其实上海这边，基本上没有中国的业务了，这边的人都是做欧美的业务，还有部分亚太的业务，中国的业务前两年基本上就退出了”。

　　整体而言，3500人的裁员在任何一家公司，都是一次规模值得正视的人员汰换。
