IT之家 6 月 7 日消息，微软、日本网络犯罪管控中心（JC3）与印度中央调查局（CBI）宣布共同破获了一起针对日本老年人的 AI电信诈骗案件。

通报显示，三方于 5 月 28 日突击搜查了印度境内 19 处地点，逮捕 6 名核心嫌疑人并取缔两家非法呼叫中心。此次行动目标为利用 AI 技术针对日本老年人实施技术支持诈骗的犯罪网络。

通报显示，诈骗团伙通过伪造微软安全警报弹窗（日文版），诱导受害者联系诈骗团伙提供的假冒技术服务热线（即上述非法呼叫中心）。

据介绍，犯罪团伙通过 AI 完成日语文案的生成、受害者筛选及诈骗流程自动化，含弹窗制作工具、搜索优化工具、支付处理及 AI 语言翻译系统。

调查显示，约 90% 受害者为 50 岁以上日本老年人，符合全球技术支持诈骗趋势。

美国联邦调查局（FBI）数据显示：2023 年全美 60 岁以上公民因同类诈骗损失近 5.9 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 42.41 亿元人民币）。

微软在公告中强调：“当前行动正从逐个端掉呼叫中心，转向自上而下瓦解全链条诈骗基础设施 —— 因 AI 诈骗持续升级，打击行动亦需同步升级。”
