经计及接纳股份(待完成将该等接纳股份转让予要约人后)，要约人及要约人一致行动人士于合共153,897,353股股份(相当于公司于紧随要约结束后及于本联合公布日期已发行股本总数约50.83%)中拥有权益。公众持股量为约38.76%。
