路透社莫斯科6月5日 - 英国上诉法院拒绝允许被监禁的俄罗斯富豪齐亚武丁-马戈梅多夫（Ziyavudin Magomedov）就驳回他对俄罗斯石油管道垄断企业Transneft公司和其他公司的140亿美元诉讼的裁决提出上诉。
马戈梅多夫在伦敦高等法院起诉了该公司和其他几家公司，称其 2018 年因挪用公款指控被捕，促使俄罗斯国家支持的计划剥夺了他在有价值的港口运营商中的控股权。
今年1月，Transneft公司以及美国私募股权公司TPG TPG.O和其他公司赢得了阻止 (link) Magomedov在伦敦提起诉讼的竞标。
Transneft公司周三晚些时候表示，英国上诉法院驳回了马戈梅多夫的上诉请求。
"从英国的程序中可以清楚地看出，马戈梅多夫先生因受到不法侵害而蒙受了巨大损失。马甘梅多夫的发言人说："他将继续寻求正义和公平的结果。
马戈梅多夫曾通过其与兄弟马戈梅德共同创建的苏玛集团（Summa Group）控制着一个从港口物流到石油和天然气的帝国。
但这对兄弟因挪用公款和有组织犯罪指控而被捕，这是多年来同类案件中最受瞩目的起诉之一。
马戈梅多夫于 2022 年被判处 19 年监禁。他说对他的指控毫无根据，并对定罪提出上诉，但未获成功。
