* 配售股份占经发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约2.54%；配售价较于最后交易日于联交所所报收市价每股H股359.00港元折让约7.58%
* 所得款项净额约80%或1,554.4百万港元用于产品的研发、临床试验、注册备案、制造及商业化
