智通财经APP讯，KEEP(03650)发布公告，于2025年6月5日(交易时段后)，公司附属公司卡路里橙(作为有限合伙人)、普通合伙人及其他有限合伙人订立合伙协议。根据合伙协议，卡路里橙向该基金认缴出资人民币2700万元，占该基金总认缴出资额人民币1.69亿元的约16%。
据悉，该基金为深圳勿忘初心种子创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)，一间将根据合伙协议条款成立的有限合伙企业。
考虑到新兴产业和未来产业领域的发展前景，以及普通合伙人在相关领域的丰富投资经验，公司认为，订立合伙协议有利于公司了解人工智能、机器人、智能硬件、运动健康等有关产业的发展趋势，协助公司利用公司现有的供应链能力，在运动科技领域实现相关的尖端技术运用和创新产品开发及落地，培育更多新兴技术在运动健康产品端的应用，有助于丰富集团的服务和产品组合，以提升用户在室内及户外运动的全方位体验，并推动公司的业务运营和发展。同时，投资该基金将促进集团持续物色并聚焦新型投资机会，借以充分利用集团财务资源，促进公司提升资金利用率并获取潜在的投资回报并为股东创造长期可持续的价值。
