智通财经APP讯，中国太保(02601)发布公告，经本公司控股子公司中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司(太保产险)董事会审议通过，同意选举俞斌先生为太保产险第八届董事会董事长。俞斌先生担任太保产险董事长的任职资格须得到监管机构核准。
近日太保产险收到国家金融监督管理总局(金融监管总局)《关于俞斌中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司董事长任职资格的批复》(金复[2025]337号)。金融监管总局已核准了俞斌先生担任太保产险董事长的任职资格。俞斌先生担任太保产险董事长的任职自2025年6月4日起生效。
