IT之家 6 月 7 日消息，在索尼正式发布旗舰手机Xperia 1 VII不久后，该公司便在欧洲多国启动预售活动，并承诺预购用户可免费获赠一副索尼WH-1000XM5头戴式降噪耳机。
然而近日多位用户在Reddit上反映，自己的预购订单被莫名其妙“砍单”，既未收到任何提前通知，也没有官方解释。有些用户表示被告知需要重新下单，但因为赠送耳机的促销活动已经结束，因此重新下单将无法获得赠品。
目前，这类投诉遍布欧洲多国家，涉及荷兰、德国、英国、法国等市场，但索尼官方尚未就此事发表任何说明，这也使得用户只能自行猜测原因，部分用户认为可能是索尼商品系统出错，也有可能是该公司低估了Xperia 1 VII的市场需求，从而导致产能 / 库存跟不上，因此选择砍单。
此前消息显示，索尼Xperia手机正全面转向外包，目前“智能手机”已不再被列为主要生产项目。此前负责 Xperia系列生产工作的泰国春武里和邦卡迪工厂，以及近年来备受关注的中国无锡工厂均已撤下智能手机相关描述。
