智通财经APP讯，中港照相(01123)公布，该集团预期截至2025年3月31日止年度取得股东应占净亏损不多于港币300万元，而2024年同期股东应占净利润则约为港币2980万元。
董事会认为，与上年度相比，本年度利润减少主要归因于﹕消费者情绪低迷，导致收益和毛利减少;本年度未能获得所得税抵免，相对于上年度由于确认了因未被使用的税项亏损而产生了较大的递延税项资产，导致获得了所得税抵免;由于未能确定能否收回客户的贸易应收账项，导致金融资产的减值亏损拨备;部分零售店表现不佳，增加了物业、厂房及设备，以及使用权资产的减值亏损拨备;及由于地产市道不景气，导致本年度投资物业估值亏损扩大。
值得注意的是，撇除上述非现金项目后，该集团预期于本年度将取得股东应占净利润不多于港币 2000万元。
