智通财经APP获悉，南方锰业(01091)盘中拉升逾20%，截至发稿，涨18.52%，报0.32港元，成交额453.92万港元。
消息面上，南方锰业发布公告，于2025年6月4日举行的董事会会议上，董事会已批准公司的债务削减建议，并将于即将召开的股东特别大会上提请股东批准。
鉴于集团目前债务水平较高及财务杠杆较重，不利于集团整体资本结构的稳健性及未来融资弹性，董事认为采纳债务削减建议符合公司及股东的整体利益，旨在提升公司的信用评级、降低集团的财务费用、改善集团的现金流及强化集团的资本结构。
债务削减建议主要涉及优先利用集团各会计年度可用的自由现金流偿还银行及其他借款并盘活资产，从而优化集团的短期和长期债务结构，缓解集团的流动性压力。在保证集团正常经营的情况下，目标于未来五年每年减少集团负债人民币3亿元至5亿元，并降低负债比率至50%或以下。
