【吉利汽车：成立合资企业股东协议生效】金十数据6月5日讯，吉利汽车公告，公司与重庆产业母基金完成审批程序，合资企业框架协议于2025年4月9日生效。6月5日，浙江吉润、重庆迈驰、路特斯机器人及员工激励平台就合资公司的管理签订股东协议。合资公司股权结构为：本集团、重庆迈驰、千里合伙企业各持有30%权益，路特斯机器人及员工激励平台各持有5%。合资公司初始期限为20年，可提前终止，创始股东需在期限届满前三个月决定是否延长。
